Come and explore the history of Burgundy wines through our historic cellars, spanning an area of one hectare and dating back to Roman times (6th century) all the way to the Kings of France, via monks and Dukes of Burgundy.

Next, indulge the tasting of 6 renowned Joseph Drouhin wines (including 5 Premiers Crus) sublimated by the delicacy of cocoa bean meticulously crafted by master chocolatier Sébastien Hénon.

Then this tasting experience is perfect for you. Join us in a friendly atmosphere to test your skills and embrace the excitement of uncertainty while achieving success.
Blind tasting is a playful exercise that reveals the true characteristics of a wine. Perhaps we will be able to guess the appellation or even the vintage... There are beautiful surprises awaiting us. We will discover that we should always trust our senses, as they are sharper than we think!
To pair with the wines, traditional Burgundian gougères will be served, enhancing the overall experience.
